Drafted by the NHL

Congratulations to Julien Cayer ’08 and alum Brett Hextall ‘06 for being selected in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. Julien was taken in the 5th round by the defending Stanley Cup Champion Detroit Red Wings, and Brett was selected in the 6th round by the Phoenix Coyotes.  Cayer will attend Clarkson University in the fall and Hextall will attend the University of North Dakota.
