Letter Of Parental Consent For Northwood Student Departure From School

This form provides consent for a Northwood School student to depart for a given period of time either in or out of the company of both legal parents.

SCHOOL COMMITMENTS
If your child’s travel will result in a missed school appointment (class, athletics, etc.) He/She will be held accountable to the Northwood School Unexcused Absences policy as stated in the Student Handbook.
