The tennis program at Northwood School is an interscholastic team sport that competes in the spring and has two components. The Varsity Boys’ and Girls compete against teams from Lake Placid, Seton Catholic, Westport, Plattsburgh and other area schools.
There is a recreational program for players who do not qualify for the Varsity teams. Intramural round robin competitions are common and there are a number of invitational "play days” on the weekends.
Facilities include two indoor and four outdoor hard courts. Players can access the tennis courts in the fall and winter as weather permits.
